PANO - A Politics Lecturing Festival in 2012, opened by the Command of Military Zone 4 on July 17^th for 38 commissars from provincial military headquarters under Military Zone 4.

During 3-day event, contestants will compete in various contents, such as political awareness, Q&A and a politics lecture.

The contest highlight is the application IT and quality of their lectures.

Major-General Tran Tien Dung, Deputy Commander cum Chairman of Politics of Military Zone 4 confirmed that the work of political education for militia at communes, towns and wards in the military zone has been seriously and efficiently implemented.

Moreover, units have actively improved the contents, forms and methods of political education with an aim to make it more interesting and efficient for trainees.

At present, lecture quality in some communes remains not as good as it should be.

Thus, the contest will be a good opportunity for communal commissars to learn from each other and exchange experience to promote their profession in every aspect, especially in pedagogy.
