Previously, on July11th, Senior-Lieutenant Nguyen Van Hien, Senior-Lieutenant Ngo Anh Quy and Senior-Lieutenant Ha Huy Phuong were assigned to receive new soldiers from Son Tay. On their way back to Hanoi on Thang Long Avenue, at about 1 p.m, Senior-Lieutenant Nguyen Van Hien saw a young man lying motionless on the road. Instantly, he asked the driver to stop the car and approached that man. Aware of the man’s health in danger, Hien immediately moved the man to a shade for first aid. After checking his ID card, they knew that the man is a foreigner.
Aware that the man could die without help from a hospital, Hien and his two comrades promptly carried the man to the Traditional Medicine Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security for emergency aid.
After receiving timely treatment to bring him around, he said that he is engineer Zhang Lin Fang from CATIC Beijing Airlines in Vietnam.
Meanwhile, Senior-Lieutenant Nguyen Van Hien handed over Zhang Lin Fang’s papers and belongings (valued at about VND 10 million) to relevant authorities.
At present, Zhang Lin Fang is under treatment at the Vietnam-France Hospital.
