PANO - Military Zone 7 held politico-military conference to sum up the results of the first six months of 2012 on July 13th in presence of Senior Lieutenant – General Nguyen Thanh Cung, Deputy Defense Minister.

Over the past time, staff and troops of Military Zone 7 creatively carried out instructions and resolutions of the Party, improved the leadership capacity of leaders of party organizations at all levels, promoted combat readiness training, built a whole people defense and strong defensive, excellently fulfilled their assigned tasks and secured political and social order.

Addressing the conference, Senior Lieutenant – General Nguyen Thanh Cung praised achievements recorded by staff and troops of the of Military Zone 7 over the past time and hoped that in coming time they would closely cooperating with executive committees and local authorities to promote quality of political education, to train young staff and troops, and build the whole people defense and strong defensive area as well as to promote production to raise living standard for troops.

General Cung also suggested that local armed forces should give consulting to executive committee and local authorities and fulfill all military – defense missions.
