PANO - A training course on mobilization has been organized for 279 key cadres of unites and localities under Military Zone 9 at Unit 330.

Officers are setting up mobilization training plans

The course, tailored by Command of Military Zone 9, aimed to give participants instructions on basic contents of army mobilization for different sectors and levels so as to reach a consistent orientations for troops mobilization and training exercises for combat readiness.

Senior Lieutenant-Colonel Vo Chien Thang, head of Armed Forces Board under Military Headquarters in Tien Giang Province, the leading province in Military Zone 9 in mobilization work over the past years, said that that the first course was participated by advisors, and staffs from  consultancy, warfare tactics, politics, logistics, techniques and finance.

Colonel Le Hoang Phuc, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Zone 9 commented that the course had helped raise awareness on mobilization among leaders, especially those in armed forces, to create unity in carrying out assigned tasks in future.

The training course results laid important foundation for a shift in building, practicing and exercising in mobilization to fulfill two strategic missions of the Party, building and defending the country.
