PANO – Military Cultural Park of Brigade Dong Xoai, under Division 9, built under the financial assistance of Military Corps 4, to help soldiers feel comfortable and relaxed after a hard working and studying day, became an interesting venue for the Division’s soldiers. 

At the park, troops can hold various cultural activities, such as chess, cultural exchanges, dancing, campfires and contests on history and culture knowledge. It is also a place for commanding officers and unit’s leaders to discuss and study political contents and hold youths’ forum for soldiers in the unit. 

In addition, stands in the shade of trees are spots for troops to meet their relatives.

Apart from Brigade Dong Xoai, Brigade Binh Gia also built another cultural park for troops in the unit.
