Various travel agencies have offered attracting promotion for tourists around Saint Valentine’s Day2012.

Accordingly, Vietravel offers a discount of VND1million for a pair of tickets, applied for outbound destinations booked on February 14th. For domestic tours from February 11th to 15th, tourists will receive 5 per cent discount of the service, excluding the airfare.

Meanwhile, Saigontourist has added famous tourist sites, namely Sa Pa, Dalat, Nha Trang, Danang, Ha Long, Phu Quoc to its Valentine tours. Interesting specially tailored tours for couples are also appealing .

Couples departing from Ho Chi Minh City during February 12th to 14th will be benefit from a 10 per cent discount and free tourist insurance.

Hanoi Redtours estimated that the number of tourists booking for tours during Valentine’s Day in Hanoi, from February 9th to 14th to Sa Pa, Mai Chau, Thailand, Singapore, China and Japan would increase sharply.

Notably, Air Mekong private airline offers a discount of VND 200,000 on long routes and VND 100,000 on short routes for a pair of tickets booked on February 14th, applied for flights during February 14th to 29th.

The airline also presents gifts and offers discounts for any passengers booking during February 13th to 19th at its newly-opened ticket office at Buon Ma Thuot (Dak Lak).
