Vietnamese residents in Saint-Petesburg, Russia, have raised funds for flood victims in their homeland’s central provinces.

They handed over US$1,000 and RUB36,800 to the Chargé D'affaires to Russia, Pham Thi Ngoc Bich, on October 25. 

Earlier, the Vietnam embassy and trade office staff in Russia had donated their one-day salary. 

The Vietnamese community in Moscow, Russia had also sent relief aid to the central provinces.
