New fees for ODA projects in Vietnam
QĐND - Thursday, March 29, 2012, 21:47 (GMT+7)

PANO – The Ministry of Planning and Investment, the United Nations (UN), European Union and Vietnam Government signed a directive for a list of the norm of fees for development cooperation projects in Viet Nam on March 28th.

This revised "UN-EU fees norm" version will provide a clear and transparent basis for the management of official development assistance (ODA) in Viet Nam as practical contributions to aid effectiveness in the Hanoi Core Statement. This new consolidated norm will be applied for domestic fees of all programs and projects financed by UN and EU organisations and EU’s representatives.

The revision will be meaningful for partners to apply various norms, including workforce fees for officials, fees for consultants, interpreters, translators, seminars and travel.
