Free health check-ups given to the poor

PANO – 150 poor people, Agent Orange victims and families on welfare in Nam Trieu commune, Phu Xuyen district, Ha Tay province have recently received free health check-ups and treatment from the Central Vietnam Red Cross Association and Military Bank.
The volunteer group includes doctors from a wide range of hospitals such as Bach Mai Hospital, Optic Hospital, the Central Ear-Nose-Throat Hospital, E Hospital and Phu Xuyen Hospital.
On this occasion, 150 presents were given to local people by the Military Bank besides some health equipment handed over to Phu Xuyen’s Health Station.
The whole trip is estimated to have cost about 30 million VND.
