PANO – The High Command of Nghe An’s Border Guard has recently presented 80 sets of winter clothes to poor students of two communes, Ngoc Son and Thanh Son of Thanh Chuong District.

The items of clothing, valued at more than VND 15 million, were bought under the financial contribution of border guard soldiers in the province to encourage students in study and help them with new clothes to celebrate the Lunar New Year Festival.

With a similar purpose, the border guards in Rao Vang also gave two scholarships to 2 students who are in extreme difficult situations but who obtained outstanding study records.
