PANO - On the occasion of the Tet holidays, Korea Life Vietnam will organise a charity program called “Korea Life – Nurturing your dreams” at Nhan Chinh School for the Deaf (Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi). The school is providing nursing and vocational training services to nearly 100 disabled children aged 3 to 16.
On this occasion, Korea Life Vietnam will hand over stationery worth almost VND 6 million to the students. Besides, in response to the MOET’s call for supporting workers in the education & training industry, Korea Life will provide Tet hampers worth VND500,000 each to 18 teachers and workers of the school. Especially, the company will also provide an education fund of VND 20 million so that the teachers can attend training courses to further enhance their teaching and nursing skills.
Mr. Francis Jungseop Hyun, General Director of Korea Life Vietnam said that, as a leading life insurer in South Korea, which is now operating in Vietnam, its objective is to always try its best to join hands with Vietnamese people to nurture dreams of a better future.
“We assist our customers in making effective financial plans for realising their dreams whilst teachers are those who provide the younger generations with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude to gradually realising their dreams and aspirations. We highly appreciate teachers in special schools for the disabled for their extraordinary effort in nurturing dreams of the most disadvantaged children,” he stressed.
The General Director also pledged that the company will continue to organise the “Korea Life – Nurturing your dreams” program with various activities in the future to best support teachers in special schools for the disabled in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and Daklak, the locality in Vietnam that Korea Life has just begun its business.
