The Ha Tinh People’s Council has approved a resolution to better prepare this Central Province’s human resources to be ready for upcoming projects in the area from this year to 2015.

Accordingly, the Province will invest around VND 1.7 trillion in vocational training, labour exports and training equipment projects.

Young people and students will be the focus of the vocational training.

As planned, Ha Tinh will disburse VND 168.4 billion in 2009 and VND 193.4 billion in 2010 to train a young workforce for big projects in economic sectors such as steel, thermo-electricity, construction and workers for factories in the Vung Ang Industrial Zone.
